Returns & Exchanges

I take pride in the quality of everything at Pup and Running, and I want you to love what you’ve ordered. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how it works:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it so I can arrange a replacement or refund. Faulty items will need to be returned for inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

Change of mind returns are not accepted. However, if you’d like to exchange a non-personalised item for a different size or style, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Postage costs for exchanges are your responsibility.

Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully.

Pup and Running takes no responsibility for damage caused by general wear and tear or incorrect use. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Postage Policy

Postage within New Zealand is a flat rate of $8.00 and includes tracking. Orders are generally sent within 24 hours of purchase. Personalised or made-to-size products are dispatched within 1–3 days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Postage to Australia is a flat rate of $25.00 and also includes tracking. Orders are sent within 1–3 days of purchase, and you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your parcel has been shipped.

Please note: Pup and Running is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, tariffs, or duties that may be applied to international orders.

Sizing

Please allow up to 1–2 cm variation in sizing for handmade items, as each piece is individually cut and sewn by me, Tash.

For made-to-order coats and personalised bandanas, please ensure you select the correct size when ordering, as these cannot be exchanged or returned.

Collars and leads can be exchanged for a different size if they don’t fit, provided they’re unused and in original condition. Postage costs for exchanges are your responsibility.
