Shipping Information
At Pup and Running, I aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read below for details about processing times, shipping costs, and what to expect once you place your order.
Processing Times
- Regular, ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
- Personalised or made-to-size items (including bandanas with names or made-to-size coats) are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
- Flat rate: $8.00
- All shipments are tracked via NZ Couriers.
- Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping to Australia
- Flat rate: $25.00
- All shipments are tracked via NZ Couriers.
- Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days.
International Shipping
Currently, I only ship to New Zealand and Australia.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or delayed in transit, I will replace it at my cost once confirmed with the courier. Please allow a few days for courier processing before contacting me.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
For orders shipped to Australia, any customs charges, taxes, tariffs, or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress until it arrives.
