Dogs aren’t meant to spend their lives stuck at home waiting for their humans to finish work.
That’s why I created Pup and Running.
For over 8 years, I’ve helped dogs get the exercise, structure, socialisation, and adventure they need to thrive. Every walk is designed to challenge dogs mentally and physically while building confidence, manners, and healthy social skills.
With a background in dog psychology and training, I focus on creating balanced group adventures that are safe, enriching, and genuinely fun

A Day with Pup and Running
From pick-up to drop-off, every adventure is designed to give your dog exercise, structure, enrichment, and fun.
Home Pick up
Your dog is picked up directly from home in my secure, climate-controlled van, ready for their next adventure.
Dogs quickly learn the routine and get excited when the van arrives.
Adventure Time!
Every walk takes place in carefully selected locations around Auckland including beaches, trails, parks, and open spaces.
This gives dogs new smells, new environments, and a chance to properly explore the world around them.
Structured Walks and Training
Adventure walks aren’t just chaos and running.
During each walk, I reinforce:

Dogs who have reliable recall may enjoy off-leash freedom in appropriate areas.

Adventure Walk Pricing
$60 per dog/per adventure includes:
- Pick-up & drop-off
- 1.5–2 hour adventure walk
- Training reinforcement

All dogs complete a meet-and-assessment before joining group walks.
